COVID-19 Safety Precautions
We want to make sure everyone is safe, comfortable and has peace of mind. We continue to provide hand sanitizer on entrance to the clinic.
All staff is compliant with CDC guidelines on vaccaination healthcare facilities.Staff is also masked, gloved and CDC standards, sanitizing surfaces and equipment using CDC approved disinfectant. Patients are not permitted entry if they are exhibiting covid symptoms of fever, sore throat, body aches and a cough. Unvaccinated clients are to provide a covid antigen or PCR test performed within 72 hours of the initial visit, and weekly for attendance.
How we're conducting office treatments visits:
1) For scheduling your appointment, plan on your family or guests to wait in car, patient is only permitted in office.
2) A face covering/mask is required.
Upon your visit, you will receive a one-on-one assessment with Dr. Gomez. A treatment plan will be mutually developed on an individualized basis. Come prepared to share your medical history with any pertinent information. If you have any available X-rays or MRI reports please bring them or share digitally. Also, a list of your medications. If you have been referred by a physician and have a prescription please share that in advance.
Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers if possible.
At conclusion of your appointment, you will be scheduled for future appointments. A typical physical therapy treatment is about 45 to 60 minutes depending on your program. Applicable to your insurance coverage authorization of services may be required prior to scheduling the second visit.
